CHICAGO, May 26, 2017 - Via Airlines has started a new passenger service between Chicago Midway International Airport and Branson Airport with flights three times a week.
"This new service is a great option for travelers who want a quick, convenient flight to Branson, Missouri from Chicago," said Ginger S. Evans, Commissioner, Chicago Department of Aviation. "Midway continues to be one of the fastest growing airports in the nation, with flights to more than 70 domestic and international destinations."
The service will operate on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday on the following schedule:
The airline will utilize ERJ-145 aircraft, which seat 50 passengers.
Via Airlines was founded in 1997. Besides Chicago, it operates flights from Orlando and St. Augustine, Florida, and Denver, Colorado.
