Durango, CO: The Durango-La Plata County Airport (DRO) is pleased to announce expanded services for passengers during the upcoming summer travel season.
American Airlines seasonal nonstop service to Los Angeles (LAX) will return for the third consecutive year. Flights will run every Saturday beginning June 9th through September 1st. The route provides Southwest Colorado passengers with direct access to Southern California, as well as improved connections up and down the west coast and to Hawaii, Asia and Australia.
Utilization of the DRO-LAX route has increased each year since it was initiated in 2016. Seasonal service to Los Angeles further enhances the diversity of the route network available to the over 370,000 travelers who fly through DRO on an annual basis.
American Airlines also operates daily flights between DRO and both Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). United Airlines serves DRO with multiple daily flights between Durango and Denver International Airport (DEN).
DRO is also pleased to announce TSA Pre✓® will be available starting in late-April to help passengers save time in security. DRO worked with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) set up a dedicated line for TSA Pre✓® passengers. A five-year membership in TSA Pre✓® costs $85. Passengers can apply online on TSA’s website, but must also visit an enrollment center to complete the application process. PAVIX: Proven Winner for All Airport Concrete Infrastructure
International Chem-Crete Corporation (ICC) manufactures and sells PAVIX, a unique line of crystalline waterproofing products that penetrate into the surface of cured concrete to fill and seal pores and capillary voids, creating a long lasting protective zone within the concrete substrate.
Once concrete is treated, water is prevented from penetrating through this protective zone and causing associated damage, such as freeze-thaw cracking, reinforcing steel corrosion, chloride ion penetration, and ASR related cracking.
This white paper discusses how the PAVIX CCC100 technology works and its applications.
