Leaders in airport customer experience Airport Dimensions are collaborating with JPMorgan Chase to bring a new airport lounge brand to customers, which is set to reimagine a core part of the journey and offer a new raft of experiences tailored to the needs of the discerning traveler. Called Chase Sapphire Lounge® by The Club, with locations to be announced in select markets over time.
Commenting on the new venture, Mignon Buckingham, CEO of Airport Dimensions, said;
“This partnership further strengthens Airport Dimensions’ position as the innovative force in improving the airport experience and driving non-aeronautical revenues for airports. Our unrivalled insights into what specific passengers are looking for and our understanding of both the physical and digital environment allows us to build an offer that is tailored to customer’s needs. This, coupled with JPMorgan Chase’s reputation for providing customers with unique and exceptional value, notably through the popular Chase Sapphire brand, will result in a unique and elevated experience.”
This latest strategic partnership builds on Airport Dimensions’ recent successes in expanding its offers to enhance the airport journey for global travelers. Among these are the introduction of sleep pods and cabins through the acquisition of ONGROUND Hospitality and the Sleep Lounge brand sleep ’n fly in the Middle East, and this offer is set to be expanded into other key global travel markets shortly.
Using the latest technologies to enhance physical experiences, the company has also invested in driving revenue growth for airports and increasing traveler satisfaction with the launch of e-commerce and passenger loyalty platform Connecta.
As one of the fastest growing lounge providers in the world, Airport Dimensions has seen significant recent growth of its US network, with new The Club lounge openings confirmed at locations including Cleveland Hopkins International, Charlotte Douglas International and San Francisco International.

Fairbanks International Airport Baggage Transport Conveyor Enhanced With Mod Drive™ System
Airports face a host of unique industry challenges, such as meeting efficiency regulations and seeking out the best maintenance practices to reduce costs and keep operations flowing. In today’s current economic climate, any potential cost savings can go a long way.
In 2019, Alaska’s Fairbanks International Airport (FAI) sought to modernize its equipment and operations. They were dissatisfied with the performance of the gearmotors on their baggage transport conveyors and began searching for new suppliers. Regal approached FAI with a solution that could improve equipment performance and simplify maintenance, with the added benefit of energy cost savings: the Hub City® MOD Drive™ system.
