CLEARWATER, Fla. Aug. 21, 2018 — Allegiant (NASDAQ: ALGT) today announces new nonstop service from its newest city Albany, New York to the Tampa Bay area via St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) beginning Dec. 12, 2018. In addition to the new service, the company is extending seasonal service to year-round from Nashville, Tennessee To celebrate, the company is offering one-way fares on the new routes as low as $49.*
“We’re excited to announce this new service from our newest city, giving Albany-area travelers a convenient, nonstop option to visit the beautiful Tampa Bay area,” said Drew Wells, Allegiant vice president of planning and revenue. “Additionally, we’ve seen great demand from Nashville travelers for service to this destination, so we’re happy to extend our schedule to include year-round service. We’re proud to grow again at St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport.”

Both routes will operate twice weekly. With this addition, Allegiant will offer nonstop service from 56 cities to St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE). The new route and extension will bring nearly 33,000 additional visitors to the area. Flight days, times and the lowest fares can be found only at Allegiant.com.
