Orlando, FL (11/24/2020) – VHB is pleased to announce the nomination and acceptance of Fin Bonset to the Airport Consultants Council (ACC) Board of Directors. Fin, VHB’s Director of Aviation Services, will serve as a board member for a two-year term.
The ACC, established in 1978, looks at the aviation industry from a business perspective, informing members of new trends and promoting fair competition and practices designed to protect the future of the industry. It is the only association that exclusively focuses on the business interests of firms with airport-related technical knowledge and experience.
“I am honored to accept this nomination from the ACC and look forward to working with my fellow board members to continue the ACC’s significant work, connect and engage with partners and organizations across the aviation market,” said Fin.
With more than two decades of airport planning and project management experience, Fin is an accomplished aviation development consulting professional. He is experienced in both the domestic and international markets and has established new norms in airport planning for VHB’s aviation practice.
“This is a great opportunity for Fin and for VHB to connect with partners and clients across the aviation sector as we continue to navigate COVID-19 impacts and prepare for the future,” said Steve McElligott, VHB’s Transportation Agencies Market Leader.

PAVIX: Proven Winner for All Airport Concrete Infrastructure
International Chem-Crete Corporation (ICC) manufactures and sells PAVIX, a unique line of crystalline waterproofing products that penetrate into the surface of cured concrete to fill and seal pores and capillary voids, creating a long lasting protective zone within the concrete substrate.
Once concrete is treated, water is prevented from penetrating through this protective zone and causing associated damage, such as freeze-thaw cracking, reinforcing steel corrosion, chloride ion penetration, and ASR related cracking.
This white paper discusses how the PAVIX CCC100 technology works and its applications.
