System dividual technology. “Building off successful working relationships from previous companies, we started JSM ten years ago with BHS professionals who shared a client-first philosophy towards the services we offered,” said John Majewski, founder and president.
JSM originated as a BHS design and consultancy firm, winning projects, and assisting authorities through difficult BHS installations and TSA mandates. JSM’s deep understanding ofin-depth expertise with deep understanding of baggage systems was quickly recognized by the aviation industry as and JSM was continuously awarded more complex baggage handling system designs. JSM’s first CAT X Airport Checked Baggage Inspection System design came in 2013 for Tampa International Airport. JSM’s first Hold Baggage Screening System using Individual Carrier System (ICS) technology at a major international airport came in 2014 at Tocumen International Airport. JustlyFittingly, JSM now finds itself overseesing the largest OTA funded project by the TSA for Miami International Airport. JSM’s expertise in baggage screening and processing projects continues to expand as we have providedprovided delivered BHS professional services on three (3) continents and the Caribbean.
“It’s funny where you find yourself in this industry. Initially, we were focused on design and consultancy services and the next thing you know we are putting a tiger team together to correct the problems that caused system failures in the baggage system at MCO,” stated John Majewski.
Due to our history of BHS manufacturing and BHS O&M services, JSM was encouraged by GOAA in 2013 to pursue the BHS maintenance contract at the Remote Sorting Facility (RSF) at OIA. Upon award of the RSF O&M contract, JSM opened a its second division of the company to pursue BHS & PBB operations and maintenance (O&M) contracts. Later in 2014, JSM took over the operations and maintenance of the BHS, PBB and associated GSEauxillaryauxiliary equipment at Orlando International Airport, as the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) encouraged JSM to help them through a transition to another O&M contract. From thereSince then, JSM has continued to expanded its O&M footprint. to include Orlando-Sanford International Airport (SFB) and the Remote Sorting Facility at OIA. JSM now assists many of the neighboring airports with Preventive Maintenance services to ensure their long-term performance. JSM is looking to further expand our Operations and Maintenance (O&M) footprint on the strength of our talented employees and O&M management team.
Recognizing emerging technologies, it became clear to JSM that the marketplace is shifting towards ICS technologies. As a result, JSM reunited with previous colleagues now armed with a wealth of ICS technology experience and is ready for the new era of baggage handling system equipment and enhanced processes. With this knowledge, JSM is supremely positioned to enter this new phase of system design and consultancy requirements. In the coming years we look forward to rapid growth and a legion of satisfied clients, but for now we celebrate our the first ten years that have made JSM:

PAVIX: Proven Winner for All Airport Concrete Infrastructure
International Chem-Crete Corporation (ICC) manufactures and sells PAVIX, a unique line of crystalline waterproofing products that penetrate into the surface of cured concrete to fill and seal pores and capillary voids, creating a long lasting protective zone within the concrete substrate.
Once concrete is treated, water is prevented from penetrating through this protective zone and causing associated damage, such as freeze-thaw cracking, reinforcing steel corrosion, chloride ion penetration, and ASR related cracking.
This white paper discusses how the PAVIX CCC100 technology works and its applications.
