FORT MYERS, Fla. (Feb. 23, 2023) – During January, 932,896 passengers traveled through Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers. This was a decrease of 11 percent compared to January 2022.
The traffic leader in January was Delta with 203,975 passengers. Rounding out the top five airlines were Southwest (172,601), United (136,133), American (123,107) and JetBlue (92,410).
Southwest Florida International Airport had 8,526 aircraft operations, a decrease of 17 percent compared to January 2022. Page Field saw 17,144 operations, which was a 28 percent increase compared to January 2022, and the best month recorded in nearly 40 years.
