NEW ORLEANS (November 5, 2019) – As the new Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) begins service, Stellar Partners, Inc. (Stellar) also marks a significant expansion into a new market. Stellar is offering six new travel retail locations to meet the shopping needs of New Orleans’ travelers.
