STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, CO-July 26, 2017 — One of the easiest flight destinations in the Rocky Mountains gains more access for skiers and snowboarders with the announcement of two new nonstop flights from Austin (AUS) and Kansas City (MCI) to Steamboat/Hayden (HDN) for the 2017/18 winter season. ViaAir will operate the flights, and Embark Aviation will manage the commercial elements of the new program.

In celebration of the new destinations, guests who fly on the first three ViaAir flights (Dec. 13, 16 and 17) will be treated to $109* one-way airfares into Steamboat and can redeem their boarding passes for $50 daily lift tickets for up to five days of skiing and riding. Travelers who book their flights now through Aug. 7 can lock in special introductory rates on one-way flights as low as $139** from Kansas City and $159** from Austin for travel dates anytime during the winter season.
These fare specials for nonstop flights from Austin and Kansas City are currently loaded and available for sale at FlyViaAir.com. Flights are currently scheduled for the 2017/18 ski and snowboard season on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays with additional flights available during one week in January.
