Jacksonville, Fla. (Dec. 5, 2022) – RS&H’s Board of Directors is pleased to announce the election of 10 new vice presidents to our team of officers.
“Each of these leaders has made an incredible impact on our company,” said RS&H CEO David Sweeney. “I’m looking forward to their continued contributions to helping us achieve our business objectives and support our clients and the communities we serve.”
The new vice presidents are:
Bob Jones joined RS&H in 2019 with more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He has since built and leads the national project controls team for RS&H’s Construction Management operations business unit.
Carson Lange, Esq joined RS&H’s legal team in early 2022 to handle claims and litigation. She has been a practicing attorney for more than 16 years and oversees all of RS&H's outside counsel.
Alexandra (Alex) Manning, Esq joined RS&H’s legal team in 2018 and plays vital roles in several legal efforts that extend into many aspects of the company. Manning has been practicing law for over 10 years, including six years in both private practice and as an assistant state attorney in Florida.
Brett Metcalf, PE joined RS&H seven years ago and has more than 15 years of experience as a mechanical engineer. Metcalf serves as project manager for large multidisciplinary projects within RS&H’s Buildings operations business unit.
Elliot Neph, PE, ENV SP joined RS&H seven years ago and has over 15 years of experience in the aviation industry. Neph serves as the Texas State Leader for RS&H’s Infrastructure operations business unit.
Keith Nix, PE, LEED AP has over 25 years of experience as a mechanical engineer and joined RS&H 10 years ago. He leads the Jacksonville mechanical, electrical and plumbing team in RS&H’s Buildings operations business unit.
Cris Pena, Jr., PE has over 20 years of experience and has been with RS&H for five years. He leads RS&H’s south Texas efforts for RS&H’s Construction Management operations business unit.
Corey Rogers, PE joined RS&H five years ago and has more than 20 years of experience. He leads RS&H’s national in-service bridge inspection team in our Construction Management operations business unit.
Erich Thiel, PE has more than 26 years of experience with RS&H and serves as an operations manager in RS&H’s Infrastructure operations business unit.
Lisa Thoele Dugan, CPSM, APR, LEED AP is RS&H’s federal market leader and has spent 16 years of her nearly 20-year career with RS&H, where she has held roles increasing in responsibility.
