2018 AMAC Leadership Summit on Capitol Hill

Join AMAC for a two-day event filled with optimal networking and advocacy opportunities to voice your opinions to decision makers who can affect real change and help policymakers understand the challenges and opportunities of operating in the aviation industry.

The Summit will include presentations on key topics by a range of Congressional and Administration leaders in addition to Congressional meetings on Capitol Hill. Your participation is critical to the Summit’s success and AMAC’s advocacy efforts. Please mark your calendars and join AMAC in the nation’s capital!

Summit Highlights:

  • Working with the U.S. DOT and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) on the regulations and policies governing the airport DBE/ACDBE program;
  • Strengthening links with governmental agencies such as the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA); and
  • Advocating on Capitol Hill with Members of Congress and congressional staff on airport industry diversity and inclusion through legislative issues.
