ADK Consulting & Executive Search, a retained recruitment firm known for its expertise in senior executive searches in the aviation industry, announced the successful placement of Anthony Dudas, C.M., as Executive Director for Lincoln Airport (LNK). Mr. Dudas will assume his new role at the start of the new year.

Mr. Dudas joins Lincoln with more than 17 years of aviation leadership experience, most recently serving as Airport Director for the City of Williston, North Dakota. In that role, he oversaw the planning, financing, and construction of the new $273 million Williston Basin International Airport, one of the largest airport infrastructure projects in the region and managed operations, budgeting, air service development, and stakeholder relations for the fast- growing commercial service airport. He brings a track record of strategic planning, complex capital project delivery, and collaborative leadership that has strengthened airport systems and community partnerships throughout his career.

“The Lincoln Airport Authority Board is pleased to welcome Anthony Dudas as our new Executive Director. Anthony brings a proven record of leadership and operational excellence to LNK. We are confident he is the right person at the right time to continue our recent success and guide LNK into a new era of growth and opportunity. His commitment to the aviation industry, proven ability to forge community partnerships, and strategic vision aligns well with the long-term strategic plan of LNK. We extend a warm welcome to Anthony and his family as they join the Lincoln community. We look forward to the fresh perspective and expertise he will bring to our team,” shared Board Chair, Chris Hove.

“What excites me most about joining the Lincoln Airport Authority is the chance to work alongside a talented team and a community that truly values its airport,” said Mr. Dudas. “I’m looking forward to listening, learning, and building strong relationships so we can continue growing air service, advancing industrial development, supporting local businesses, and ensuring the airport continues to grow as a vital asset for Lincoln and the entire region.”

Prior to leading Williston Basin International Airport, Dudas served as Assistant Airport Director and Airport Operations Officer for the City of Williston, where he managed operations, tenant relations, security, budgeting, and the airport’s first-ever scheduled jet airline service. Earlier in his career, he served as Line Service Supervisor at St. Cloud Aviation, overseeing customer service and aircraft servicing operations.

Mr. Dudas holds a bachelor’s degree in Aviation Operations from St. Cloud University and a Master of Business Administration in Public Administration from the University of Mary. He is a Certified Member (C.M.) of the American Association of Airport Executives and holds a multi-engine, instrument-rated private pilot license.
