In a bid to help all airports with the COVID-19 virus impact on your operations, the AeroCloud team have decided to open up access to our Cloud based remote stand visualization tool to Airports free of charge for 3 months. This will help airports combat and best manage their hard stand areas for grounded aircraft in these uncertain times.

As a committed partner to the US Airport industry and proud members of AAAE/Florida Airports Council, we felt we should offer something that would provide real assistance to Airports struggling to cope with the unprecedented volume and level of irregular operations.

By providing free access to our stand Visualization and management tool, we felt it would help reduce the impact on Airports trying to manage grounded aircraft and where to park them. 

To apply:

We have stripped back our tool to be as easy as possible to use. All you need to do is send us a map/picture in JPEG/PNG format of your airport.

• Ability to plot static aircraft on airport map
• Ability to label Aircraft with reference/tail number 
• Rapid Implementation (24/48 Hours)*Subject to first come first serve 
• 4 Users per airport

This offer is open to any Airport in the USA; commercial, FBO or GA are all welcome.

To get set up:

1. Email  George.Richardson@aerocloudsystems.com with the following:
   1. Up to 4 names and 4 email addresses of your chosen users.
   2. Your Airport Address and IATA or ICAO Code
2. Send a current Aerial image of your Airport including all hard stand area’s (If don’t have one we will use Google Images)
3. We will send you access and a short YouTube video link for training
4. Start visualizing and managing.
