Airport Dimensions, the global specialists in airport experiences, announced the appointment of Jeff Livney as Vice President of Business Development, Digital Products.
Livney’s appointment further cements Airport Dimensions strategic vision of being an omnichannel airport experience provider with the mission of making journeys more enjoyable for the traveler and more profitable for the airport. Airport Dimensions’ ‘Explore the Experience Era’ research, which surveyed senior airport decision makers around the globe, revealed that 94% of airports view digital capabilities are “absolutely essential” or ‘important’ for improving commercial returns, exploring and deploying emerging technologies is essential for commercial success. According to 47% of airport leaders, a fully integrated, end-to-end journey platform will be critical within the next decade.
In June 2025, Airport Dimensions launched the latest evolution of Connecta, an advanced platform designed to seamlessly integrate digital services, lounges, and commercial opportunities into a single, intelligent ecosystem. Connecta enables early engagement, cross-selling, and data-driven insights. The result is stronger customer relationships, enriched experiences, more satisfied travelers and revenue growth. Livney will lead the implementation and global growth of the Connecta platform, driving adoption across airports worldwide. His remit includes securing new airport contracts and developing strategic partnerships that strengthen the platform’s capabilities and deliver greater value to clients. This strategy mirrors Airport Dimensions’ rapid global expansion with its physical airport experiences, translating that same growth story into the digital realm through this transformative technological solution.
Livney is a highly respected innovator in the travel technology space, bringing over a decade of experience across product development, commercial strategy, and operations. He joins Airport Dimensions from GrayMatter Software Solutions, where he served as VP of Products. His move follows GrayMatter’s acquisition of Servy, the airport e-commerce platform that Livney co-founded in 2014. As Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at Servy, he was instrumental in leading partnerships with airports, developers, and merchants, scaling the platform across major global markets. He is also an alumnus of Phocuswright’s “Young Leaders Under 35” executive development program.
This appointment is strategically aligned with Airport Dimensions’ focus on digital transformation and bringing the power of Connecta to deliver seamless traveler engagement and drive non-aeronautical revenue for our airport partners.
