Airport Synergy Group Finalizes Agreement with TBITEC to Provide Property and Management Services at LAX’s Tom Bradley International Terminal & West Gates and Terminals 5 and 1.5

Los Angeles, CA, May 6, 2021 – Airport Synergy Group (“ASG”) finalized an agreement with Tom Bradley International Terminal Equipment Company, Inc. (“TBITEC”) to provide professional property, operations and management services for airport facilities, equipment and systems at Los Angeles International Airport (“LAX”) Tom Bradley International Terminal (“TBIT”) & West Gates and Terminals 5 and 1.5, starting on April 30, 2022. 

ASG will manage and oversee a range of services at the above-mentioned terminals in LAX Airport, including:

● Operations and maintenance of airport, passenger and aircraft equipment and facilities 

● Financial management and administration

● Risk management, including safety and loss control

● Engineering services

● Stakeholder management and communications

● Gate allocation

Airport Synergy Group, a joint venture between Avports, Jacobsen|Daniels, and Consolidated Management Professionals, leverages their combined experience in airport and airline services management, to operate as a single entity, bringing an unprecedented and unparalleled option for consortium management to the industry. 

ASG brings more than 120 years of collective experience in commercial-aviation operations, including: airline consortia management, airport passenger properties and facilities management and O&M, GSE maintenance, station management, aviation consulting, construction management, and professional service contract oversight. 

In addition, ASG has been providing operations, maintenance and support services at Detroit Metropolitan Airport (“DTW”) North Terminal since January 15, 2021.
