CHICAGO, October 21, 2015 – The Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2015 Airports Going Green Award. This prestigious award recognizes the contributions of each individual, project, or program, and outstanding leadership in pursuit of sustainability within the aviation industry. Made from reclaimed wood, these awards will be presented by CDA Commissioner Ginger S. Evans at the 8th Annual Airports Going Green Conference in Chicago during the awards luncheon on Tuesday, October 27th.

This year featured 24 nominations for consideration, making it among the toughest selection processes in the Award’s history.
