The Lee County Port Authority is pleased to announce Allegiant Air will begin service to Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers, Florida on Nov. 13, 2025. Allegiant will bring the first nonstop flights to Allentown, Pennsylvania (ABE), Appleton, Wisconsin (ATW) and Des Moines, Iowa (DSM) this fall. All three flights will be operated twice weekly.

“We will be extremely pleased to welcome Allegiant Air to Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) on Nov. 13, 2025. Not only is it exciting to have a new air carrier in our market, but they will offer nonstop flights, for the first time, from RSW to Allentown, Pennsylvania (ABE), Appleton, Wisconsin (ATW) and Des Moines, Iowa (DSM),” said Steven C. Hennigan, C.M., A.C.E., executive director and CEO for the Lee County Port Authority. “These flights give our community and visitors more options between the Midwest, eastern Pennsylvania and Southwest Florida.”
