Between March 27 and April 6, the airline expects to operate more than 8,300 flights and offer more than 1.4 million seats across its network of more than 150 routes, connecting more than 80 destinations in the Americas and Europe and allowing customers to travel to more than 27 countries across both regions.

Travel tips for the Easter holiday season
To help ensure a smoother travel experience during this high-demand season, Avianca recommends that customers keep the following tips in mind:
- Prevent fraud when making purchases: Travelers are encouraged to use official channels such as com, lifemiles.com, the contact center, points of sale or authorized agencies to ensure secure transactions. They should also be cautious of offers that seem too good to be true, as unusually low prices on social media or messaging platforms are often signs of fraud. Additionally, customers should verify the website URL before making any payment to confirm it is legitimate. If there are doubts about the authenticity of messages or offers, they can be verified by emailing prevenciondefraude@avianca.com.
- Check flight status: Travelers can review the status of their flight on avianca.com, the Avianca app or through notifications sent via email and WhatsApp.
- Check in in advance: Travelers are encouraged to complete check-in starting 48 hours before their flight, or 24 hours prior for flights to or from the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada.
- Arrive at the airport early: To avoid delays, travelers are advised to arrive at least two hours before domestic flights and three hours before international flights.
- Verify travel documents: Travelers should confirm in advance that all required travel documents are valid and in order, including passports, visas or any certificates required by the destination.
- Review baggage conditions: Customers should verify the baggage included in their fare and remember that electronic devices and lithium batteries, such as power banks, must be carried in the aircraft cabin for safety reasons.
