Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) announced Tuesday that Cabo Verde Airlines will begin nonstop service between Sal, Cabo Verde’s Amílcar Cabral International Airport (SID) and Dulles International with three flights per week, beginning Sunday, Dec. 8, 2019.
