Mount Juliet, Tenn. – March 17, 2026 – Connico, a leading national consultancy serving the aviation, civil, transportation, institutional, commercial and industrial markets, has promoted Mihail Risteski to Director of Digital Transformation, a newly created leadership role designed to advance the firm’s integration of technology across projects and operations.
As infrastructure projects become increasingly complex and data-driven, Connico is expanding its focus on digital tools and systems that improve collaboration, strengthen decision-making and drive greater efficiency throughout the project life cycle. In his new role, Risteski will lead Connico’s digital transformation strategy, identifying and implementing technologies such as artificial intelligence, data analytics and workflow automation to strengthen project delivery and operational performance. He will collaborate across teams to integrate these tools into daily workflows, ensuring projects benefit from improved data insights, streamlined processes and more strategic decision-making.
In addition to these responsibilities, Risteski will continue supporting clients through scheduling and select project work, maintaining the hands-on expertise that has made him a trusted partner on complex aviation and infrastructure programs.
Risteski joined Connico in 2022 and brings more than 15 years of experience as a project manager and technology specialist. An Airport Business 40 Under 40 honoree, he has played a key role in advancing technical capabilities across Connico’s projects.
