The Orem location expands Dibble’s presence along the Wasatch Front and strengthens the firm’s commitment to serving clients across the Mountain West.
The new office enhances Dibble’s on‑the‑ground support for airports and communities throughout Utah while creating a strategic base for the firm’s other service lines, including transportation, utilities, and land development. Located in Utah County, within easy reach of Provo, Salt Lake City, Spanish Fork, and other fast‑growing communities, Dibble is positioned to respond quickly to client needs and support regional growth initiatives.

Dibble’s Airport Development business unit will anchor the Orem office, bringing decades of experience in general aviation and commercial service facilities, including runway and taxiway rehabilitation, hangar and business park development, terminal improvements, airfield lighting and NAVAIDs, fueling systems, utilities, drainage, and security enhancements. The firm also supports airport environmental and planning needs, Airport Capital Improvement Program (ACIP) development, FAA and state grant coordination, administrative compliance, and business aviation.
The Orem office will also support the expansion of Dibble’s transportation, utilities, and land development business units in Utah, enabling the firm to provide coordinated planning, design, and construction‑phase services across multiple infrastructure sectors.
