Atlanta, Georgia, USA – 03 September, 2025: Embross, global provider of passenger self-service and airport technology, awarded a cooperative purchasing contract from Sourcewell (via Canoe Procurement Group in Canada), enabling airports and government entities across North America to access its passenger processing and crowd flow management solutions based on an existing competitive bid contract.

The Sourcewell contract gives eligible public-sector organizations streamlined access to Embross’ portfolio of self-service products, including airport kiosks, self-service bag drops, common-use passenger processing (CUPPS), queue management, and e-gates. Sourcewell’s competitive solicitation process ensures that member organizations can procure these solutions with confidence, satisfying procurement requirements while saving time and money.

Joey Campbell, head of Americas at Embross, says: “This contract makes it easier than ever for airports and government agencies to access our self-service solutions, removing much of the tedious tendering process that has slowed progress in the past. Airports are already seeing the benefits, with Embross winning new projects under the agreement, showing just how quickly partners can now adopt the technology they need. We are proud to be recognized by Sourcewell and Canoe, and excited to support public-sector partners as they modernize the passenger experience.”

Sourcewell is a self-sustaining US government agency with more than 800 competitively solicited contracts available to government, education and nonprofit entities throughout North America. Together, the organizations leverage the buying power of more than 50,000 entities to simplify the acquisition of essential technology and services.

Mike Garrette, principal supplier development executive at Sourcewell, says: “We are excited to welcome Embross to the Sourcewell family. The Embross contract covers passenger and crowd flow management solutions, including queue management and self-service kiosks. We look forward to partnering with Embross to serve our airport customers and related agencies.”

Embross continues to expand its self-service VelocityKiosk and bag drop as well as common-use solutions, building on a track record of turnkey innovation that combines hardware and software under one roof.
