Faith Group, LLC, a leading planning and design firm with 600+ projects under its belt, is celebrating 15 years of business in the United States. Faith Group has been dedicated to providing specialized expertise in security, technology, and building system services to meet their clients’ needs. The firm celebrated this milestone by hosting an Open House at its St. Louis headquarter office on October 18, 2019.
“Fifteen years seems like a lifetime on one hand, and a blip of time on the other. In the beginning, Faith and I thought 15, maybe 20, employees sounded about right. Now with more than 80 employees, the growth and change has been methodical, and sometimes rapid, but ushered in as a result of the many challenges and opportunities that were presented to us. We are where we are today because of this amazing adventure with Faith and all our remarkable employees. We have so much more to look forward to,” says Wendy, Managing Principal.
Since its 2004 inception, Faith Group has grown to 8 offices across the United States and more than 80 employees, working on projects that have exceeded $1 billion in construction. With a plethora of talent in their certified workforce, there are still several employees who have been with Faith Group since the beginning.
“I am pleased that our growth has not impacted our ability to continue to provide superb attention to our clients’ needs for quality, cost effective system designs. So many small companies that have experienced such growth often expand at the expense of client satisfaction. I’m proud to have been associated with Faith Group nearly since its inception,” said Sal Mazzola, Faith Group’s first employee.
Faith Group has expanded its expertise to include special technology such as medical gases, geothermal, biometrics, digital wayfinding, and mobile applications. By constantly working on their portfolio to expand their services, the firm strives to stay out in front of the pack through cutting-edge technology and progressive thinking.
