This new location is part of “Founded in Philly,” PHL Food & Shops’ program that highlights beloved local businesses with deep roots in the city’s food and culture scene. Federal Donuts & Chicken at PHL is made possible through a partnership with Jackmont Hospitality and Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) Partner Brenda Branch, Managing Member at High Places Concessions.
