Hiring event connects job seekers with the Airport community’s top employers

ATLANTA – Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) will host its annual Community Hiring event on Saturday, Aug. 2 at Atlanta Technical College’s Cleveland L. Dennard Conference Center. The large-scale hiring event seeks to connect metro Atlanta’s highly skilled workforce with industry-leading employers who help run the world’s busiest airport.

Nearly 5,000 job seekers have registered for this hiring event. Applicants will have the opportunity to apply for over 500 positions including managerial roles and jobs with airlines, cargo, maintenance, concessions and other companies.

Attendees will have access to a wide variety of job openings, including but not limited to:

• Professional Roles: Administrative Assistant, Accountant, IT Specialist, Project Manager, Technical Writer
• Public Safety: Atlanta Fire and Police, Firefighters (EMT)
• Airport Operations: Customer Service, Field Engineer, Operations Specialist, Security Officer
• Airline Support: Ramp Agent, Baggage Handler, Aircraft Cleaner, Wheelchair Attendant
• Ground Transportation: Drivers, Operations Support
• Maintenance & Support: Custodians, Utility Workers, Floor Technicians, Warehouse Attendants
• Concessions and Hospitality: Baristas, Cooks, Bartenders, Cashiers, Servers, Shift Managers

Walk-ups are welcome to participate by bringing two forms of valid ID and a resume. Free on-site parking is available.
