HMMH Welcomes Heather Bruce and Dillon Tannler

HMMH is pleased to announce the hiring of Senior Consultants Heather  Bruce and Dillon Tannler. Heather will be working in HMMH’s Aviation Environmental Services Practice, and Dillon will utilize his expertise in support of all HMMH service groups. 

 

Heather’s primary responsibilities include project management, noise modeling/analysis for airports, data processing, and providing technical assistance on a variety of projects. She has aviation and surface transportation field measurement experience and has extensively utilized noise models such as: FAA’s Aviation Environmental Design Tool (AEDT), FHWA’s Traffic Noise Model (TNM), and SoundPLAN.

 

“Heather comes to HMMH with superior technical capabilities and experience in transportation noise and community outreach,” said Vice President & Director of Aviation Environmental Services Gene Reindel. “She’s a great addition to the team, and I look forward to working with her.”

Dillon comes to HMMH from Oregon Department of Transportation, with strong technical skills in noise and air quality. He brings in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for NEPA and public engagement on noise and air quality issues. Dillon will further add to the depth of experience in HMMH’s Highway Services group using skills developed working on a wide variety of highway, construction, and other environmental projects. He is also an experienced user of ArcGIS, AutoCAD, TNM 2.5, and Brüel & Kjær and Larson Davis Sound Level Meters.
