SEATTLE, WASH., Dec. 12, 2022 — Conrac Solutions, consolidated rent-a-car (ConRAC) facility developer, operator and financier, today announced that James R. Gill has been appointed as chief financial and administrative officer, effective Jan. 9, 2023.

Gill joins Conrac Solutions on the heels of his most recent role as general manager of New Jersey airports for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey during which he oversaw operations and management of Newark Liberty International Airport and Teterboro Airport. Prior, he has also served as director at the business and aviation consulting firm Jacobs and CFO and deputy airport director for Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority in North Carolina and president and CEO of Gerald R. Ford International Airport in Grand Rapids, Mich.

Gill brings more than two decades experience to his role at Conrac Solutions, where he’ll oversee operational functions including finance, human resources, information technology and administration with responsibility for financial performance, compliance and capital and operating budgets. He holds certification as an Accredited Airport Executive through the American Association of Airport Executives and is accredited as an International Airport Professional.
