McFarland Johnson Welcomes Environmental Division Director

Binghamton, NY – May 19, 2021 – McFarland Johnson (MJ), a 100% employee-owned planning, engineering, environmental, and construction services firm, is excited to announce industry veteran Jason Hignite as our new Environmental Division Director.

With more than 28 years of professional experience in planning and regulatory compliance in the United States Navy and as a civilian consultant, Jason will lead MJ’s Environmental group. Jason has a strong background in planning projects across the US for both public and private sector clients. He specializes in Environmental compliance for aviation, road, and highway transportation projects, NEPA compliance, permitting, and mitigation, environmental site assessments including predictive impact assessments, along with wetland and riparian studies, monitoring, and habitat assessments.
Jason will serve McFarland Johnson’s clients nationwide from our Hollywood, FL office. Join us in welcoming Jason to the MJ family!
