Microban Technology Comes to Mineta San Jose Security Checkpoints

Nov 16, 2020 | News

The security checkpoints at Mineta San Jose International Airport (SJC) are where the latest COVID-related safety improvements for travelers are located.  Airport partner, Security Point Media, has introduced new bins using Microban Technology, to replace the bins previously used by TSA at SJC. The new Microban Technology provides an added layer of 100% antimicrobial protection for travelers and a new item to SJC’s roster of safety improvements. The team at SJC is always on the lookout for new ways to keep the Airport clean and passengers safe, and was the first California airport to receive global accreditation for its commitment to cleanliness and safety measures.
