MLB Welcomes New Nonstop Service to Toronto

MELBOURNE, FL (November 10, 2022) – The Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB) is pleased to announce the arrival of Canada Jetlines. The Canada-based airline will operate flights to and from MLB beginning on January 19, 2023, with their growing fleet of Airbus A-320 aircraft. The new nonstop route will feature service to Toronto, Ontario via Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ).

Between the added convenience for second homeowners or quick accessibility for our beloved ‘snowbirds’, the new service is well timed and appreciated.”

The announcement comes as work nears completion on the $72 million-dollar terminal renovation and expansion project at MLB. The project will provide major upgrades to the comfort and convenience of the MLB customer experience with the addition of 86,000 square feet of new facilities, including a welcome center, new service gates, food and beverage options, retail offerings, an expanded international baggage claim, and four new sets of bathrooms.
