BROWARD COUNTY, FL – Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), in partnership with the Broward Cultural Division, presents its latest Terminal 2 (T2) Art Gallery exhibition, titled “Traveler’s Checks” by Florida-based Haitian artist Dominik Ambroise, a multidisciplinary artist whose work explores resilience, healing, and joy.

“This exhibition brings together 13 paintings that celebrate the movement, memory, and cultural richness of my Haitian roots as they intersect with my life in South Florida,” Ambroise said. “Traveler’s Checks explores the emotional and spiritual journey of migration – what we leave behind, what we carry, and what we become along the way. The artworks honor the strength, freedom, and resilience found in travel, transition, and identity, offering a vibrant reflection of the diaspora’s enduring spirit.”

The Terminal 2 Art Gallery showcases the work of South Florida professional artists through temporary exhibitions that rotate every eight months. More…
