No1 Lounges continues rapid expansion with two new lounge openings at London Heathrow Airport and Jersey Airport

These openings mark an exciting step in No1 Lounges’ ongoing mission to provide passengers with exceptional, choice-led pre-flight experiences. Both lounges are part of a broader growth strategy being driven by co-owner Airport Dimensions, global specialists in delivering airport experiences.

 

My Lounge lands at London Heathrow airport

The latest addition to the No1 Lounge portfolio, My Lounge has officially opened its doors at Heathrow Terminal 3, expanding the lounge offering across the terminal as part of the firm’s wider portfolio. The new space is opening hot on the heels of recent Clubrooms and No1 Lounge launches also at Heathrow. Originally launched as the award-winning Club Aspire lounge, the space has been entirely redesigned and rebranded as today’s My Lounge, offering the widely popular modern and relaxed My Lounge experience that travellers recognise and enjoy.

 

With a capacity of 112 seats, the open-plan My Lounge is designed to meet increased demand for lounge access and the growing popularity of the My Lounge offering. The space is purposefully designed to meet the needs of the modern traveller, providing a stylish and informal alternative to the traditional airport lounge experience. Guests are free to relax, socialise or simply switch off before they fly in an environment that prioritises comfort, flexibility and choice.

 

A generous self-serve menu is on offer throughout the day, featuring a selection of hot and cold nibbles, indulgent sweet treats, and the ever-popular pancake machine. For those seeking something more substantial, a range of bistro-style dishes are also available. The fully stocked bar serves a carefully selected assortment of wines, beers, and premium spirits, alongside soft drinks, juices, and freshly brewed tea and coffee.

 

The lounge also boasts a range of amenities and services. For entertainment, guests can make use of a dedicated games zone equipped with a PlayStation and arcade table, or retreat to a cosy TV den to catch up on shows, films, or live sports. Practical amenities include high-speed complimentary Wi-Fi, plentiful charging points, accessible toilet facilities, baby-changing areas, and real-time flight information screens.

 

Welcoming solo adventurers, families, and groups alike, the lounge combines casual seating with vibrant design touches to create a sociable, inclusive, and effortlessly modern atmosphere – a perfect place to unwind before take-off.

 

While the look and name of the lounge have evolved, the hallmark hospitality, team, and seamless experience continue to define the space. Jersey Airport welcomes No1 lounge – the brand’s first location outside of the UK

The opening of the new No1 Lounge at Jersey Airport marks a major milestone for No1 Lounges as its first international expansion. Opening its doors on 18th July, the lounge will offer the signature No1 Lounge experience. Guests can expect a stylishly designed, contemporary space focused on comfort and choice, providing comfortable seating for 148 guests and complete with a bistro-style dining offering.

 

Paying homage to the island’s iconic pergolas, trellises, arbours, and greenhouses, the lounge has been carefully designed with architectural elements and Jersey Limestone to reflect the character and charm of the island. Standout features include ocean and runway views, with the lounge brought to life by a skilled local construction team from the surrounding area.

 

This new addition to Jersey Airport will elevate the travel experience with a wide range of amenities for passengers to enjoy before they take off. Guests can expect a seasonal menu including locally sourced produce, alongside buffet-style dining and a fully serviced bar featuring a selection of complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

 

Guests can also unwind in a variety of stylish seating areas, from relaxed casual spaces to a refined bar lounge. For entertainment and relaxation, the lounge includes TV zones showcasing sport, films and popular series, as well as tranquil library corners ideal for reading and reflection. Travellers looking to catch up on work before their flight will appreciate dedicated workspaces, private meeting rooms and access to unlimited Wi-Fi and ample charging points, making it easy to stay productive while on the go.

 

Both lounges are open to all passengers, regardless of airline or ticket class, offering a premium experience for every traveller. Guests can secure access by booking in advance at https://no1lounges.com/. Members of Priority Pass, Lounge Key and DragonPass are also welcome to enjoy the lounge. Access is available through pre-booking or on the day of travel, subject to availability.
