Salt & Tide and Pura Bean Coffee Co. to Bring Coastal Flavors and Hometown Coffee Culture to Concourse B at JAX
ATLANTA (Feb. 2, 2026) – Paradies Lagardère, a leading North American airport restaurateur and retailer, announces plans to open two new dining options at Jacksonville International Airport, further strengthening its long-standing partnership with JAX and expanding locally-inspired offerings in Concourse B in 2027.
The new openings include Salt & Tide, a full-service restaurant and bar inspired by Jacksonville’s coastal fish camp tradition, and Pura Bean Coffee Co., a beloved local roaster known for its artisan blends and deep community roots. Together, the concepts will deliver fresh flavors, elevated hospitality and a distinct sense of place for travelers passing through Northeast Florida.
“With construction of Concourse B slated to be complete by the end of the year, we have now finished selecting the coffee and dining options our passengers can expect to enjoy once it’s open,” Jacksonville Aviation Authority CEO Mark VanLoh said. “Pura Bean Coffee will give travelers another taste of local coffee offerings. The wonderful seafood and aesthetics of the Northeast Florida region will be notable with Salt & Tide.”
Salt & Tide will bring a relaxed, coastal atmosphere to the terminal, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner options alongside a robust bar program. The menu highlights regional seafood, shareable plates and approachable favorites, paired with craft cocktails, local beers and nonalcoholic selections designed to capture the spirit of Florida’s First Coast. The restaurant will provide full-service dining with options for travelers looking to linger or grab a quality meal before boarding.
Pura Bean Coffee Co., founded in Jacksonville by local roaster Chris Diedrich, will showcase the city’s coffee culture through freshly roasted beans, espresso drinks and signature blends. Pura Bean Coffee Co. also features teas, hot chocolate and locally sourced baked goods and grab-and-go items, offering a welcoming stop for early departures and quick connections.
“Our goal is always to create dining experiences that are rooted in the communities we serve,” said Leigh Allan, Senior Vice President of Operations – Dining Division for Paradies Lagardère. “Jacksonville has a strong culinary identity, and Salt & Tide and Pura Bean Coffee allow us to celebrate that local character while delivering the quality, consistency and service travelers expect.”
For Pura Bean Coffee Co., the airport location represents a meaningful homecoming.
“Being part of JAX allows us to share Jacksonville’s coffee culture with people from all over the country,” said Diedrich. “From the way we source and roast our beans to the partnerships we build locally, everything we do is about community. We’re excited to bring that same spirit to the airport.”
The new establishments are part of Paradies Lagardère’s continued investment in JAX, with a focus on locally driven brands, thoughtful design and service models that balance convenience and hospitality.
