February 26, 2020 – Milwaukee, WI – Phoenix Lighting has announced a premiere partnership with Airport Lighting Company (ALC), a leading supplier of airfield lighting. Founded in 1967, ALC is an American-based company that offers a variety of high-quality aviation lighting options, including LED upgrades, to airports around the world. Through this partnership, ALC will add Phoenix’s Highland® and Meridian high mast LED fixtures and the Lighting Intelligence Technology (LIT) wireless controls platform to their product offerings.

Phoenix Lighting is the preferred apron lighting provider for some of America’s largest airports, including Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) and JFK International Airport. Additionally, Phoenix’s lighting controls system has delivered improved safety and efficiency to high mast lighting applications worldwide.

“We’re proud to be working with one of the most highly regarded airport lighting providers in America,” said Brad Lurie, Managing Director of Phoenix’s aviation segment. “Through our global partnership with Airport Lighting Company we are excited to bring our LED high mast lighting and wireless controls solutions for aprons, ramps and other large area lighting needs to our mutual airport customers.”

Both Phoenix and ALC are aligned in their offerings of reliable and proven lighting products, technical customer support, and best in class airport lighting options.

“We’re confident that Phoenix Lighting’s fixture design will out-perform both conventional HID high mast lighting sources and other LED apron lighting products on the market,” said Jeff Ellerton, Vice President of Airport Lighting Company. “Phoenix’s apron lighting systems provide a needed solution for airports of all sizes that have inadequately illuminated apron, cargo and hard stand areas.”
