TAMPA, Fla. (March 26, 2026) —RS&H has appointed Tang Fang, AIA, LEED AP, as a principal architect for the aviation market. In this role, Fang will leverage more than two decades of architectural experience to lead design initiatives and drive strategic growth for aviation projects across the United States.

Fang brings a wealth of expertise in managing complex, high-stakes projects, reinforcing RS&H’s commitment to delivering innovative, purpose-driven solutions for the aviation industry. Her background includes overseeing the $130 million expansion and renovation of Key West International Airport, where she managed and directed the architectural design team. Her arrival complements the firm’s existing team of subject matter experts, enhancing service offerings in terminal design, operational readiness and passenger experience.

“Tang’s leadership and depth of experience further strengthen the incredible talent we have to help solve our clients’ toughest challenges,” said Dennis Iskra, AIA, CM, Vice President and Senior Principal Architect at RS&H. “Her proven track record on complex and high-profile aviation projects will bring invaluable insight and innovation to our clients across the country.”

Fang’s portfolio spans a diverse range of sectors, including aviation, military, and commercial projects. Prior to joining RS&H, she served as a senior project architect and manager at a consultancy firm in Tampa. Her leadership experience also includes founding and leading T Fang Studio, a boutique architecture practice, as well as holding senior roles at well-respected architectural firms. Her ability to spearhead interdisciplinary teams and cultivate strategic partnerships aligns with RS&H’s collaborative approach to infrastructure development.

“I am inspired by RS&H’s purpose [Creating Tomorrow, Together], which truly aligns with who I am as a leader and collaborator,” said Fang. “From my earliest experiences in large, diverse teams to the complex architectural challenges of the aviation industry, I have seen how excellence is achieved when people come together, share perspectives, and focus on solutions that serve communities. I look forward to working alongside the talented RS&H team to deliver visionary, people-centered environments that help shape a better future for aviation.”

Fang holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University’s College of Architecture, Art, and Planning. She is a registered architect and a LEED Accredited Professional, maintaining active membership in the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
