Laddie is always looking at the bigger picture. With more than 30 years of experience in strategic management and business development, he has focused on the implementation of large-scale airport development programs. He regularly guides teams on integrating complex planning, environmental, and engineering challenges to lead whole programs to success. His experience includes international airports in Texas, Florida, New York, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Bermuda, and the US Virgin Islands.

Laddie brings experience working with the Federal Aviation Administration and more than 100 airports in the US and globally. He is a recognized leader in the airport industry and has been active with key industry organizations such as Airports Council International, the American Association of Airport Executives, the Airport Consultants Council, and the Federal Aviation Administration’s Next Gen Institute.
