Syracuse, New York – The Syracuse Regional Airport Authority (SRAA) and SP Plus Corporation (SP Plus) announced today a new pre-book parking service for travelers at Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR). The service was rolled out earlier this month.

Travelers now have the ability to guarantee which zone they will park in during their trip (garage, open lot, overflow lot). The pre-book parking is conducted through the Parking & Transportation section of the airport’s website, FlySyracuse.com.

“We’re excited to offer this convenient, easy to use option to our travelers,” said SRAA Executive Director Jason Terreri. “We know that travel days can be stressful. Giving people the opportunity to lock in their parking area weeks – or even months – in advance will offer great peace of mind.”

The airport’s over 4,000 parking spaces are managed by SP Plus Parking Management Services.

“SP Plus is excited to leverage our Sphere™ Custom platform and provide SYR a parking guide and prepaid parking reservation service,” said SP Plus Corporation Chief Growth Officer Jeff Eckerling. “Now, travelers have convenient tools to prepare for their trip and prepay for parking.”
