Role focused on serving clients in Wisconsin and Illinois

MILWAUKEE – Terracon, a leading national consulting engineering firm comprised of engineers, scientists, architects, facilities experts, and field professionals, announces Blaine Schroyer, P.E., has been named Regional Director of Operations for Wisconsin and Illinois.

Schroyer fills a leadership role that will direct client service, grow the business strategically, and mentor the operations team as Terracon continues to grow nationwide. As an experienced environmental engineer, he has worked on a wide range of projects including compliance, due diligence, spill response, air quality, solid waste, groundwater, and soil vapor. In addition, Schroyer has years of experience with hazardous building materials, PCBs, PFAS, solvents, petroleum products, and metals.

Schroyer joined Terracon more than 32 years ago after earning his Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering. At the start of his career, he worked in the Terracon Minneapolis office and then opened the Appleton, Wisconsin, office in 1997. He earned his master’s degree in civil engineering in 1999 and is a licensed professional engineer in Wisconsin. Most recently he served as office manager in the company’s Milwaukee office, managing over 50 employees.
