
ADK Consulting & Executive Search, a retained recruitment firm known for its expertise in senior executive searches in the aviation industry, announced the successful placement of Jeffrey Perry as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Mr. Perry will provide executive oversight of all operational functions at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT), ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a seamless experience for millions of passengers each year.
Mr. Perry has extensive experience in team leadership, regulatory compliance and budget management, and is adept at driving efficiency improvements and implementing best practices to enhance safety, security, and customer satisfaction. Most recently he was Chief Operating Officer for Metropolitan Knoxville Airport Authority where he oversaw an annual operating budget of $40 million dollars and a multimillion dollar capital improvement program budget.
He previously worked for The City of Charlotte for 10 years, most recently holding the title of Airport Operations Director. In that role, he led a team of 136 personnel within Airport Operations that includes the Airside, Security, SMS and Public Safety sections.

Mr. Perry received a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Middle Tennessee State University. He is a Certified Member (C.M.) of the American Association of Airport Executives
