30 new custom Móz finishes bring metal to life with added depth and dimension
LANCASTER, Pa. — Armstrong World Industries now offers the Móz™ Classic Metal Collection finishes as custom for its MetalWorks™ Torsion Spring ceiling panels. Offering the versatility to “pick your color and pick your grain,” the Móz Classic Metal Collection allows architects and designers to achieve extraordinary dimension and bring to life designs ranging from the subtle and elegant to the radiant and bold. Thirty color options can be paired with a variety of intricate patterns to achieve a one-of-a-kind look that gives architects and designers an opportunity to elevate their design vision and create spaces of distinction.
“Introducing the Móz Classic Collection to the Armstrong MetalWorks Torsion Spring ceiling panel portfolio demonstrates that functionality and convenience can very much go hand in hand with artistry and distinction in any space,” said Andy Lake, Senior Product Manager, Metal Interiors, at Armstrong. “We are in a new era of metal ceilings, one that has transcended mere industrial use and appearance to offer an incredible canvas for visual innovation. We are happy that the synergy Armstrong and Móz have achieved works to give our industry this new opportunity to explore even greater dimension in ceiling design.”
Thirty Móz Classic Metal Collection colors are now available as custom for Armstrong MetalWorks Torsion Spring ceiling panels. The collection is made from highly recyclable aluminum, and each color can be paired with numerous grain patterns that are hand-grained by skilled artisans to bring depth, texture, and visual movement to metal surfaces. The Classic design palette offers versatility in a ceiling solution that is durable and design-forward and includes timeless tones such as Antique Gold and Medium Bronze as well as refined neutrals including Light Champagne and Graphite. Non-directional grain options, which include Fog, Clouds, and Mist, help achieve a subtle, cohesive appearance that enhances the overall aesthetic with understated dimension.
“For five years Móz has worked collaboratively with Armstrong to integrate our capabilities, innovations, and tried-and-true solutions to present fresh opportunities allowing customers to respond to trends and expand their vision for designing with metal,” said Linda Gutierrez, Senior Marketing & Business Analysis Manager at Móz, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Armstrong World Industries since 2020. “Pairing one of our signature offerings for decorative architectural metal surfacing with Armstrong MetalWorks Torsion Spring ceilings is a prime example of this. Our timeless colors and grain patterns allow architects to design below the surface, achieving a richness and dimension that is increasingly becoming in demand for all types of environments.”
