CASPER, WY – Casper / Natrona County International Airport announced that United Airlines has started serving the Casper market to and from Denver utilizing E-175 aircraft. The 175 is a 76-seat aircraft with 12 seats in United First and 64 seats in United Economy, including 16 extra-legroom United Economy Plus seats. The aircraft offers more personal space for customers, with wider seats and aisles than other regional aircraft; a power outlet at each United First seat; and large overhead bins that can accommodate standard-size carry-on bags.
“Not every United flight will be on a 175,” said Glenn Januska, Airport Director. “Right now, United is scheduling the aircraft during the peak periods of the day, which is good. I’ve flown on a 175 before and I believe the Casper community will be really pleased with the aircraft.” “Our customers tell us that they are thrilled with these modern, fuel-efficient aircraft,” said Ron Baur, United’s vice president of fleet. “The E175s are a great addition to the regional fleet and further align the United Express in-flight experience with our mainline service.”
