New Service from Milwaukee to Tampa and Fort Myers extended through April 12, 2021

MILWAUKEE (December 8, 2020) – United Airlines is extending its nonstop service between Milwaukee and two locations in Florida through April 2021.

“United is extending the schedule for these flights well into next year, so that when travelers are ready to fly, more nonstop flights are available to popular destinations like Tampa and Fort Myers,” Airport Director Brian Dranzik said. “More flights always benefit the traveling public, and I’m pleased that United is continuing to provide these options to Milwaukee travelers.”

The new flights begin on December 19. Previously, the service was scheduled to end on January 10, but is being extended through April 12, 2021. Tickets are available for purchase now on united.com.

“Extending our Florida point-to-point schedule reflects our proactive and demand-driven approach to offer more opportunities for customers to get to popular warm-weather destinations,” said Ankit Gupta, United’s Vice President of Domestic Network Planning and Scheduling. “The extended schedules have been designed with customers in mind and are aligned with holiday and spring break periods in Milwaukee.”

MKE currently offers nonstop flights to 35 destinations coast-to-coast, and more than 200 international destinations are available with just one connection. MKE is served by Air Canada, Alaska, American, Apple/Funjet Vacations, Delta, Frontier, Southwest, and United. The complete list of nonstop cities can be found at mitchellairport.com.
