2024 was a landmark year for our company as we undertook significant initiatives to enhance our capabilities and product offerings. In February, we relocated our manufacturing headquarters to a state-of-the-art facility in Olathe, Kansas, marking a new chapter in our commitment to excellence in production and service.

A major highlight of the year was the strategic acquisition of Hiniker Company in June, followed by the acquisition of Daniels Plows in November. Founded in 1970, Hiniker is renowned for manufacturing agricultural and snow removal equipment in Minnesota.

Similarly, Daniels Plows, established in 1984 in Holland, MI, brings invaluable expertise with a complete range of heavy equipment plows. Their patented pusher kits and unique products, including the 3-in-1 Plow, Wing Plow, and the industry’s largest skid-steer mounted plow, have helped countless equipment operators and airports tackle challenging snowfall events.

By integrating Hiniker-Daniels’ advanced plowing solutions with United Rotary Brush’s rotary brooms, we are poised to provide comprehensive solutions for airport grounds and operations snow removal and other snow management needs. The synergies created through this collaboration will enable us to deliver enhanced offerings to our customers through our dealer networks.

Through the combined strengths of United Rotary Brush and Hiniker-Daniels, we are reinforcing our dedication to delivering year-round operational and maintenance solutions for airports and roadways. The addition of Hiniker-Daniels’ impressive plow lineup to our existing products signifies a major leap forward in our commitment to support snow removal professionals in meeting their toughest challenges.
