Veghel, 2 February 2026 – Vanderlande, a leading global partner in future-proof logistic process automation for the warehousing, airports and parcel sectors, has successfully completed the acquisition of Siemens Logistics in the United States. This follows the receipt of all required regulatory approvals.
This milestone completes the acquisition of the Siemens Logistics business worldwide, which – with a separate transaction – began in Europe, Asia and the Middle East last year. Driven by the increased demand for automated logistics solutions, Vanderlande’s airport offerings are now further expanded and strengthened with the inclusion of the US operations.
By bringing the US operations on board, Vanderlande can pursue the strategic objectives created by acquiring Siemens Logistics, which is extending its ability to support airport customers with a broader and more complementary suite of solutions. Siemens Logistics’ expertise in baggage and cargo handling enhances Vanderlande’s established capabilities, enabling the combined organisation to deliver more responsive local support, richer technical expertise and a faster pace of innovation.
“This marks an important step for Vanderlande,” said Andrew Manship, President & CEO of Vanderlande. “We’re excited to welcome the Siemens Logistics team in the United States and together continue the journey we have already started in delivering smarter, future-ready automation solutions for our airport customers.”
With the acquisitions in Europe, Asia and the Middle East as well as in the United States now complete, Vanderlande is well positioned to accelerate the rollout of advanced technologies, strengthen its global service network and capture new opportunities across the airport automation market. This final step establishes a robust platform for long-term, sustainable growth built on the strong foundation of its airport business.
