Leading Engineering Firm, After Acquisition of Louis Berger, Launches New Division Focusing On Federal Market
WASHINGTON D.C. —Today, WSP USA announced the launch of the new Federal Programs and Logistics (FP&L) group, which company leaders say will expand the company’s presence in the federal market.
“Federal Programs and Logistics is now fully operational,” said Gregory A. Kelly, president and CEO of WSP USA. “We are now ready to take full advantage of the recent integration of two great companies.”
Kelly said that for over 65 years, Louis Berger has been a leader in federal contracts and military contracts. Its portfolio includes the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, the Statue of Liberty, the George Washington Bridge, and the World Trade Center.

Kelly said that Tom Lewis, former President of Louis Berger, will lead the new division.
