The portfolio of Skylo solutions offers 4 options that each provide safe access to overhead equipment without contaminating controlled spaces:
- Skylo 2″ Flat Walkable Suspension System – Main beam and tee system integrates with honeycomb panels to control dust and debris. Certified for 20–40 lbs/sq ft live loads, it is ideal for ISO Class 3–5 cleanrooms in biotech, life sciences, pharma, and semiconductor facilities.
- Skylo 2″ AMHS Walkable Suspension System – Main beam and tee system integrates with honeycomb panels to control dust and debris, as well as automated material handling systems (AMHS). Certified for 20–40 lbs/sq ft live loads, it is ideal for ISO Class 3–5 cleanrooms in semiconductor facilities.
- Skylo 5″ Flat Walkable Suspension System – T-bar main beam integrates with insulated metal panels to manage humidity and temperature, with 12′ or 20′ beam options. Certified for 20–40 lbs/sq ft live loads, it is ideal for ISO Class 3–5 cleanrooms in biotech, pharma, semiconductor, and EV battery facilities.
- Skylo 5″ Plenum Cap Walkable Suspension System – Creates a walkable surface for equipment access while supporting a sealed secondary ceiling below. T-bar beam integrates with insulated metal panels to control humidity and temperature. ASTM E72-tested and ISO Class 3–5 suitable, it supports 20–40 lbs/sq ft for biotech, pharma, and semiconductor applications.

The Skylo ceiling system offers honeycomb panels, in a variety of size and thickness options to support performance needs for the 2” Flat and 2” AMHS systems.
