ADK Consulting & Executive Search, a retained recruitment firm known for its expertise in senior executive searches in the aviation industry, announced the successful placement of Michael Naquin, CCIM, CEcD, as Business Development Director for The Houma Terrebonne Airport Commission. In this role, Mr. Naquin will provide strategic leadership for business development, economic development, and commercial growth initiatives for the Commission. In addition, he will identify and advance opportunities that enhance utilization of Houma-Terrebonne Airport (HUM), attract aviation and aerospace-related investment, and strengthen long-term revenue generation.

Mr. Naquin is an accomplished real estate and economic development professional with extensive experience in commercial property management, leasing, business development and strategic investment. He most recently served as Marine Terminal Real Estate Manager for the Port of New Orleans, where he managed real estate initiatives, negotiated leases and development agreements, and advanced opportunities supporting the Port’s long-term economic growth. He has also served as a Sales Agent with NAI Rampart CRE, bringing more than eight years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, investment analysis and property development. His diverse background includes business ownership and operations management, providing a strong foundation in strategic planning, stakeholder relations and business development.
