Airport Dimensions, a global leader in airport experiences, has opened Priority Lane at Jorge Chávez Airport in Lima, extending its global portfolio beyond lounges, sleep, and digital services into passenger flow solutions, while supporting its continued growth in Latin America. The launch brings the broader offering to life in Lima, creating a more seamless passenger journeys through connected traveler experience across multiple touchpoints.
The new fast-track lane gives travelers a dedicated route from landside to international departures, helping reduce time spent in security queues and move more smoothly through one of the most time sensitive points of the airport journey. The 31m² space is the first fast-track offering to be fully built and operated by Airport Dimensions anywhere in the world.
Latin American airports are expected to hit the 1 billion passenger mark by 20321. As traveler numbers rise, airports face growing pressure at critical points in the journey, where congestion can quickly affect both experience and performance. Reducing bottlenecks and improving passenger flow through diversified security offerings is essential to maintaining operational efficiency and meeting rising passenger expectations.
The opening comes as demand for premium airport services also continues to grow. According to Airport Dimensions’ latest Airport Experience 2026 (AX26) research, 62% of travelers are increasingly willing to pay for upgraded experiences such as fast-track services, reflecting growing demand for convenience, control, and a more seamless journey through the airport.
Giorgio Benza, Vice President, Latin America at Airport Dimensions, said:
“Priority Lane marks another important milestone in our expansion across Latin America. As global passenger volumes continue to rise, pressure is building at key points in the journey, especially at security. We are proud to be working alongside Lima Airport Partners to deliver solutions that enhance the travel experience while supporting the airport’s vision for a seamless and efficient passenger journey.
“Alongside our lounge and sleep offerings in Lima, Priority Lane expands our role across the traveler journey and broadens the range of experiences available. It reflects Airport Dimensions’ ability to deliver value across the airport ecosystem, helping airports meet evolving passenger expectations while unlocking new opportunities for growth.”
Lucio Benavente, Experience and Commercial Development Manager at Lima Airport, added:
