San José, Calif. – San José Mineta International Airport (SJC) is pleased to announce that Delta Air Lines is adding a daily nonstop route to Austin Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). Available for booking now, the flight will commence on October 6, 2026. Operated by an Airbus A319 aircraft, the daily service will bring Delta’s total daily departures at SJC to 23 and will offer the only option for premium seating between SJC and AUS.

The addition of Austin service reflects growing travel demand between Northern California and Central Texas. Whether traveling for business, live music, college football, family visits or the city’s celebrated food scene, passengers will soon have a convenient nonstop connection between two of the country’s most dynamic destinations.

Delta also offers nonstop flights from SJC to Atlanta, Los Angeles, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Salt Lake City and Seattle.
