JetBlue will launch new nonstop to Fort Lauderdale in the fall INDIANAPOLIS (May 4, 2026) — The Indianapolis International Airport (IND) is welcoming JetBlue to the city starting Nov. 2, with a once-daily nonstop flight to Fort Lauderdale via Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). This new nonstop will also give travelers multiple connections to Caribbean destinations as well.   “We know Hoosiers are already flying to Fort Lauderdale in big numbers, so adding JetBlue will give travelers more choices with schedules and fares,” said Mario Rodriguez, Indianapolis Airport Authority executive director. “A key bonus is JetBlue’s Fort Lauderdale hub, because it’s a strong jumping-off point for Caribbean travel, and that connectivity is something our travelers are going to appreciate.”   While the new nonstop flight will give Central Indiana travelers added direct access to Fort Lauderdale’s beaches, cruise port and the broader South Florida region, it will also connect them to 10 Caribbean markets across Aruba, the Bahamas, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Mexico and Puerto Rico.   JetBlue, which has stepped up in its markets throughout the country to help Spirit Airlines’ passengers in recent days, has named Indianapolis among its 11 key markets for growing its South Florida access.
